Uptime SLA

  • Target availability: 99.9% per calendar month.
  • Planned maintenance excluded from uptime calculations.
  • Monthly uptime report available on request.

Support response

  • First response target: within 24 hours.
  • P0 escalation: within 1 hour.

Beta terms

  • ProNO is in beta and provided without payment integration.
  • Usage may be monitored for reliability and quality improvements.
  • Security best practices apply: never share API keys publicly.
